Sakuma Pocket Folder

During my internship at Morris Group, I worked on this printed piece for Sakuma, a manufacturer of steel and steel components. The project began as a trifold brochure; however, after reviewing early concepts, the client decided to move away from the brochure format and requested a custom pocket folder instead to better suit their needs and allow room for additional materials.

I handled the design and production process, using Adobe Illustrator to create and refine vector graphics, and Adobe InDesign to build the final print layout. This included developing the folder’s dielines, establishing a clean and industrial visual style, and preparing precise, print-ready production files that met both the client’s expectations and Morris Group’s internal standards.

The completed pocket folder provided Sakuma with a versatile, professional tool for trade shows, client meetings, and presentations, while also giving me valuable hands-on experience in real-world print production during my internship.
