Spring Fling 50th Anniversary Campaign

Graphic Design & Media Student Manager 

During my role as the Design and Social Media Team Lead at Pellissippi State Community College’s Student Engagement Office, I created a set of promotional graphics for the college’s annual club fundraiser event, Spring Fling. In celebration of the institution’s 50th anniversary, the campaign embraced a 1970s-inspired theme, reflected through retro color palettes, typography, and
illustrative styles.

I used Adobe Illustrator to create all vectors and design the layout, selecting a period-appropriate typeface to reinforce the nostalgic aesthetic. Once the primary design was finalized, I adapted the artwork into a full suite of promotional materials, including flyers, buttons, tote bags, visors, and additional event merchandise.

These graphics played a key role in unifying the event’s visual identity and showcasing the college’s milestone anniversary.
